Mr. Allen was appointed as a director on 3rd August 2005. Following a mining engineering background in Kalgoorlie WA, Mr. Allen has been involved in all aspects of merchant banking and stockbroking in Australia, UK and USA since 1962. Mr. Bird has been on the board of Central West Gold N.L. since its formation 19 years ago. He has had 36 years experience in the stockbroking industry with an emphasis on mining investments. Over the past three years he has acted as a director of other Australian listed public companies as follows:

Mr. McClatchie from 1958 until 1970 was a geologist with the NSW Department of Mineral Resources. Since 1970 he has practised as a consulting geologist specialising in mineral exploration in NSW.
Mr. Staude has 40 years professional experience in the mining, exploration and resource finance industries. He has worked in Government, as a private consultant and on the academic staff at Macquarie University.
